שלום רב_ לרכב נגרם נזק של 600 יורו על פי קביעת יורופקארד_ אותו נאלצתי לשלם במקום כי לפי טענתם ולפי ההזמנה דרככם חבילת הביטוח המלאה היא שלכם ולא שלהם. מלאתי בקשת החזר באתר שלכם. אני מבקש לטפל בה במהירות האפשרית. מעבר לכך הרכב שקיבלנו היה בדיוק הרכב שהזמנו היה חדש (2_300 ק_מ)_ באיכות מצוינת ומאד נהנינו מהנהיגה והשימוש בו!
