I got the car I requested and the staff were very friendly and helpful
I didn’t received any receipt_ so I don’t know_ what I paid for. Toll toll doesn’t work mostly. I was often on the way between Chicago and South Bend IN and have always paid the toll in cash.
I rented a compact and got the largest car on the roa jeep wagoner no complaint here it was wonderful. only thing you needed a PHD to understand the dash first off. lol
The queue for Puck up took an hour and the process only took 5min at the desk. Frustrating wait.
A couple of concerns with the Jeep 1. The backing camera is crystal clear but no guideline to follow when backing or how close to another vehicle 2. Auto light did not come on quick enough when going through the tunnel - pretty scary 3. Couldn’t find switch to bring in the side mirrors in
