I ordered the car_ expecting it to be the size of the same car that have in my country because it said similar to the same car in the info_ I didn’t notice that the car was compact. So when I picked up the car_ I was told I’m getting a small car compact and have to upgrade and pay the difference_ which was unexpected
Both the agent lady at the rental counter and the agent guy at the drop-off area were Excellent_ knowledgeable and professional. Bravo!
