This site was not transparent about all costs we had for rent a car.

I was annoyed with because I got caught in the trap of what I thought was full insurance cover and no excess cover which cost a lot on pick up … I really don’t think the whole thing is clear or upfront… the rental company said online car hirers always cause this confusion …

I was provided with an automatic rather than manual at no extra cost. Very nice almost brand new car. The only negative was initially find the car at the bottom of the multi story car park.

On the second day in the morning I was driving on the road and a message appear on the screen for checking oil level. I did stop on a petrol station and add myself oil in the engine of the car. That was agreed with the car provider and I hope to get my money back for the oil.
