We hired car for 8 was. We picked it up and about 20 kms later as we were leaving Madrid the car dash indicated it needed an oil service. Over the next few days we attempted to ring several times. Either no one answered or number not responding. Emergency number said they couldn’t help. A week later we were in Bilbao and saw they had an office so we went there. They exchanged the car for us and were very good. When we returned the car at the Madrid airport on the allocated day we found they had moved offices. No one knew where to and no notice of new address on office building. An information lady helped us to find where you had moved to and then we had to return to the freeway and find the new office. An email or phone call to us could have prevented this.
