Dear Sir/madam After the deliver of the car on Monday 7/7/2025_ and during their final check_ they informed me that they found a scratch at the left back side of the car near the rear left wheel. This scratch was already there when we initially received the car_ as it was clearly shown in the photo and video that was taken on Wednesday 2/7/2025 during the receipt of the car. I also showed the same photo and video to them during the car deliver (mr Havier) and they both agreed that the scratch was indeed before we take the car. For this reason I refused to sign any paper during the car deliver on Monday 7/7/2025 and I will not accept any additional charge. Without prejudice of all my rights_ Best Regards_ Christos

Nepříjemné_ když vás s arogantním výrazem nutí využít nejdražší pojištění vozu a asi pěti minutové strašení_ jak přijdete o celou kauci za vůz_ když se s ním jen trochu něco stane. Při rezervaci vozu je sjednáno havarijní a základní pojištění spoluúčasti_ což vy nabízíte_ je nepříjemné_ jak v půjčovně člověka niti do něčeho dalšího. A také jsme měli za vozidlo zaplatit celkove půjčovné 5477_20_- a zaplatili jsme 7141_-. Neodpovídá sjednané částce.
