The service was very good. My car was upgraded from a Toyota Yaris automatic to a VW Golf manual_ which I appreciated. When I returned the car_ there was a long queue at the counter as a flight had just arrived at Cork Airport_ however the customer service rep explained I could drop my key straight into a box next time around.
No issues_ smooth transaction_ very good value of money!
