Booked SUV_ given a car. Was told (by garage attendant) they had no small SUV’s and I’d have to return to desk and pay more. After 28 hours of travel_ simply too tired and frustrated.

Jeg spurte om kundebehandler syntes det var rimelig at vi skulle betale 20 USD pr dag for å få bil til rett tid_ noe som ble besvart med at vi kunne jo vente til bestilt bil var klart.
