The key to the positive experience is speed and simplicity. We regularly hire at Nice Airport and generally the people _ cars are very good. The difference between a good and poor experience is often down to how busy it is when you get to the car hire centre. On this occasion there was no queue and plenty of available staff.

It wasn’t clear that there was a daily mileage limit so this added a huge amount to our expected costs.

No one at desk to drop the keys off on return so had to leave them in out of hours drop of box. Never any problems when hiring a car.
