The pick up at the airport from the shuttle bus was in a different location from the directions for where it would be_ so I felt compelled to re-order another shuttle bus as it did not arrive at the location I was informed it would be.

A little confusion and delay on picking up the vehicle but staff were very friendly and explained what was happening. Good vehicle in very tidy condition. Very satisfactory experience.

The staff were very friendly_ and pointed out the location of the vehicle from an aerial photograph of the carpark. Most helpful indeed.
