We had asked to drop off the car on wed (new years day) at Caxton road and the customer service agent had confirmed we could do so. Nonetheless when we got to the location the offices were closed and on calling the customer service call centre we were told that being a holiday this could not be done which effectively led to us having to alter our plans and no other immediate solution was given. On the other hand the service and courteous approach we got from Conleth the next day was a five star rating.

Ad blue came on immediately we left airport

The description of where the York Station branch is could be improved. I was under the impression that it was actually at the station rather than a few hundred yards away.
