It takes much too long to unblock the warranty of 600 € on my credit card. More than 24h after car return_ I still can_t use my credit card properly. This is a harming situation.
As always with your and other rental companies .. the endless talk about insurance etc etc ... my credit card provided me more insurance than yours ... I know you make money on the insurance ... but let the customer have their say in a friendly way .. without be _forced_ to take insurances you don_t need ...
