We waited 45 minutes to be collected from the airport_ in blazing heat which was very uncomfortable.

ההסבר איך להגיע לספק הרכב היה מתחת לכל ביקורת. לא מובן ולא נכון. עצרנו את רכב ההובלה על מעבר חציה בסופו של דבר_ אחרת עד היום עוד היינו מחפשים את נקודת האיסוף. זה חייב תיקון. חוץ מזה היה ספק מצוין.

הסעה מהטרמינל למיקום האיסוף _ המתנו שעה ורבע. בחזור ממיקום החזרת הרכב המתנו להסעה 40 דקות. נציג הקבלה היה אדיב_ סבלני ונכון לעזור בכל דבר.

We had an issue after collecting car where the exit barrier would not lift to allow us to leave the car park_ it was late at night and were travelling with 3 young children which did not make for a great experience. Someone had to open the barrier manually_ the waiting and confusion was very frustrating and caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Office was closed when we dropped the car back so used the key drop so can’t comment fairly on drop off service.

Das Personal war freundlich_ konnte aber im Prinzip nur spanisch sprechen_ englisch nur sehr bruchstückhaft. Das hat die Verständigung sehr erschwert.
