i was led to understand I was getting a car at the airport but had to wait over 25 mins to be collect from airport before I could get car which was really disappointing
We asked for a Toyota and would have preferred to receive a Toyota_ nobody mentioned to us that it was going to be a different car.
Dirty car on collection but ok. Lady on desk for pick up_ was lacking in charm_ personality. And empathy. Lady returning and checking car was exceptional.
Leider war ich gezwungen_ eine höhere Versicherungssumme zu zahlen_ da am Schalter in Dublin meine Debitkarte nicht als Kreditkarte akzeptiert wurde. So erhöhte sich der eigentlich günstige Preis erheblich.
