Apologies for late reply. 1. It would be convenient if there was a office within the airport for easy pick up. 2. The petrol tank has to be full not at 2 bars - quarter. 3. Just confusion on selected car. Cheers.

Overall was a good experience renting the car from picking up to returning the car. Baim was very helpful when collecting the car pointing to the scratches_ dent_ and minor damages. Important is the car was in good condition. Will rent again if I happen to be in Malaysia rather than driving my car.

You did not advise of the deposit of 250 RM so I had to use my credit card_ then instead of a refund back to the card I was given cash which I then lost money on exchange as I was returning to Australia. So I cant use you again and I would advise anyone outside of Malaysia not to.

There was a problem with the delivery as my booking was counted as cancelled. This caused a delay in pickup. There was no paperwork issued to indicate it was a hire car. Otherwise it was fully uneventful.
