Even though we paid to have full excess and insurance_ I had to pay an additional €21 per day to bring the deposit down from €2_200 to €500. This is deceiving in the price and would have been cheaper to go with a more reputable company that do not charge hidden fees. I don’t think I’ll be using this service again

Cuando llegue a recoger el coche me indicaron que no tenía seguro con ellos si no con un tercero el cual no era válido para ellos y debía dejar un depósito de 900€ o contratar el servicio con ello_ a parte me hicieron pagar una diferencia por rezar la frontera según ellos (el proveedor) indicó que no estaba incluido_ lo cual si estaba y yo ya lo había pagado_ es decir el contrato que yo tenía por el alquiler del carro_ al final tuve que pagar 300€ adicionales
