The staff were very friendly_ helpful and professional.

My main concern was the pick up vehicle at the airport. In my first phone call it was not clear that I would be travelling in a hotel marked van.

Hi we loved the Toyota hybrid that we were upgraded to_ it was a lovely car and I enjoyed driving it.

The pickup location was not quite as described. It is actually a bay or two over from where we were advised.

There were scratches on the vehicle which had not been identified on the Rental agreement when we picked up the car.
