Staff were very friendly and helpful however I was not told about the $400 bond and when I was told I was told I would get it back when I dropped the car off. I am still waiting and at this time of year I really need that money 🙁

Shuttle bus driver back to airport was rude_ didn’t handle luggage on-and-off bus not only for us but everybody else on bus. That’s mid day Dec. 18th. But I have to say the driver who pick us up in airport was polite_ friendly and did everything for us_ she gave us very welcoming feeling.

We booked the mystery car and it was very disappointing and so small it was no use to use. Luckily the agent was able to find us another that suited our needs
