Excellent service. Very nice car. I personally would prefer to have a full petrol tank on hiring so you know how much to put in on return. I would also like on return of the car to have confirmation that it is ok rather than just handing over the keys.

We were somewhat disappointed when we were given a Fiat 500 instead of the advertised Kia Picanto. We fully understand that it states _or similar_ however_ having driven both a Fiat 500 and a Kia Picanto_ I can honestly say that the Kia wins hands down. We asked the checkin staff about a Picanto only to be told that they don_t have those. So_ why advertise a car that cannot be supplied? This is deceptive and dishonest sales practice. Be honest. Be upfront. Don_t deceive!
