very good and smooth process
The guy at the pick up was very helpful.
Very efficient service by helpful staff
The pickup location was a bit vague for that site as there were multiple exits. He was not holding a sign to indicate who he was waiting for. The GPS mapping was very out of date and we nearly got lost a number of times.
they tried to charge me a cleaning fee even though the car was clean. not good.
