Many thanks to Frankie who was very professional upon returning the car. Definitely we’ll be back. A small recommendation: to charge per hour/ or quarter of the day_ etc instead of a full day_ for anything extra/ in addition to the original booking. Danke
Sami at the rental desk in Munich was brilliant. Recognised i had to travel far and kindly offered me a free upgrade to a delightful car for long distance driving. Mike at the car return was equally very friendly_ chatty and pleasant. Great experience overall and excellent customer service.
