Europcar Biludlejning Destinationer i Holland

I was missing some technical questions about the specific car_ but could not ask anybody

When we arrived we were told pick up vehicle in garage at Schiphol at the counter in hall of airport when we paid deposit. Turned out that vehicle was not available and instead of Volkswagen we got an Opel. No issue with brand_ but it was necessary to make a new contract for different car which took 30 minutes. Luckily we were not in a hurry_ just tired from intercontinental flight from Canada. Last time in March 2024 the same thing happened _ but we were upgraded with no extra charge probably since model was not available.
