Their office in Dubrovnik was under renovation and they only let us know about 30 mins before pickup time….we would have gone to the wrong location if they had called us a little later! I would suggest the company inform customers of the change in pick-up locations a day or so prior.

Bij het ophalen van de auto was de tank voor 25% gevuld en dat vond ik vervelend. Als ik een auto ophaal_ wil ik graag de eerste rit onbezorgd ergens naartoe kunnen rijden_ voordat ik een benzinepomp hoef op te zoeken. Beter zou zijn dat de tank voor 100% gevuld is bij het ophalen.
