Terrbly long waiting during pickup (_45 min). Only one employee in the beginning... Employees joking with the clients could be nice if there was no queue_ otherwise it_s irritating for those waiting.

I was disappointed that the amount you told me I had to pay on pickup was much less than what I was charged. I was told that was due to concession fees_ taxes and other charges were not added into your amount. It means when I was comparing prices I was not matching apples with apples.
