Al contratar el servicio con ustedes_ el seguro estaba incluido y eso decía el voucher. Al llegar a México nos dicen que ellos no incluían ningún seguro cubierto x ustedes. Un engaño de ustedes o de ellos.

When we arrived they suggested upgrading the car (as usual)_ but the reasons they gave were good ones_ and we were glad we did it.

The only problem we had with the car was a number of warning notification kept coming on during our the period of the hire - _Blind Spot Alert Temporarily Unavailable_ - _Auto Emergency Braking (AEB) Limited Functionality Service Required_ - _Auto Highbeam Unavailable Service Required_ We reported these when we returned the car so hopefully will be resolved before it goes out on hire again. Though it didn_t stop the car working we wouldn_t have expected a car to let out on hire with warning notification _pinging_ on a regular basis.

W amerykańskich wypożyczalniach nic nie jest oczywiste. Obsługa nie informuje czy ubezpieczenie które Ci proponują jest obowiązkowe czy nie. Na voucherze miałem napisane_ że depozyt nie jest pobierany_ a na miejscu okazuje się_ że jest. Do tego chciałem zapłacić za wynajem kartą debetową_ a okazało się_ że zablokowali mi 500$ a i tak za wszystko zapłaciłem kartą kredytową wraz z depozytem 200$. Samochód za to zgodny z opisem w dobrym stanie. Polecam pytać o wszystko
