Thrifty Mietwagen Reiseziele in Vereinigte Staaten

Wir hatten leider ein ganz schlechtes Service bei der Autoabholung. Der Mann am Schalter war sehr unfreundlich.

We needed to go to three different locations in Brooklyn to return the car because we weren_t told the right location for return when we picked up the car at the airport

Booked SUV_ given a car. Was told (by garage attendant) they had no small SUV’s and I’d have to return to desk and pay more. After 28 hours of travel_ simply too tired and frustrated.

Abholungszeit mehr als eine Stunde im car Rental Center 🤦‍♂️

Bestilt bil var ikke klar ved bestillingstid. Vi ble «tilbudt» oppgradering for 20 USD pr dag for å unngå venting. Ikke tilfredsstillende. Jeg spurte om kundebehandler syntes det var rimelig at vi skulle betale 20 USD pr dag for å få bil til rett tid_ noe som ble besvart med at vi kunne jo vente til bestilt bil var klart.
