Alamo Car Rental Destinations in Japan

Overall the car was clean and well performing and the points for improvement are - location of the company which was far from the airport and it took app. 20min by shuttle to rech it and poor English of the staff. Other than that everything was perfect.

The reception staff were very polite and tolerant given the language barrier

We did not use pickup and dropoff. It would have been good to have pickup address provided rather than directing us to the airport terminal since we had to take a bus to get to the airport but the pickup was right next to our hotel.
