Best car rental company I’ve experienced from Bergerac Airport!

On return we had no English speaking and didn’t know what to do. We were told to put the keys in a box and leave the car but there was no documentation or check. We were told to go online and see our invoice . This is not available yet but there should be no extra charges as we kept within the mileage allowance_ filled it with petrol and returned it with only the damage there when we picked it up.

The original quote said insurance included. Sadly this is only very basic Third Party and the extra insurance was twice the cost of the rental. Totally misleading

We are returning to Bergerac for our honeymoon next July and are likely to re book with you if you have a convertible perhaps ???

The car had damage to the side_ which no one informed me about. On the second day when I noticed the damage I was horrified. They should have informed me of this when I received the car.
