The car had damage to the side_ which no one informed me about. On the second day when I noticed the damage I was horrified. They should have informed me of this when I received the car.

We asked for a six-seater car. For clarity purpose it should always be spelt out that this includes a seat in the boot of the car as this impacts the amount of luggage you can take. We managed though but it was a squeeze.
