The shuttle and pick up customer service was excellent. Was disappointed that after travelling just 5 miles_ I noticed the first bar of the petrol tank was empty. On each fill up_ it took 100 miles of travel to use that first bar so feeling a bit ripped off……the ‘sorry about that’ response didn’t make me feel any better!

Car was not ready upon arrival_ had to wait 40 minutes and the car we got (van) wasn’t really clean on the outside…
