Car was booked for 07:00. Went the previous day to confirm. Next morning person at the desk could not help us before 07:15. We booked a GPS and did not receive one. At the garage the young lady was very helpfull. We used her phone as a hot spot to down load maps. The car was parked in and we had to wait for someone with keys to remove the other car. On our return journey it was a nightmare without a GPS.

סך כל הפעם בניגוד לפעמים הקודמות ששכרתי אצלכם_ היה בסדר אך אם אתם משכרים רכב באמצע נובמבר באירופה_ למה הרכב מסופק ללא צמיגי חורף_ גם אם הלקוח לא בירר זאת בעת ההשכרה. ללא ידיעה נקלתי לסופת שלג ללא צמיגי חורף (עם צמיגי קייץ)_ חבל מסוכן ויצר אלי המון לחץ.
