Minpunt: traagheid balie medewerksters bij ophalen. Bijna 1.5 uur in de rij moeten staan na lange vliegreis. Toen àlles administratief was geregeld zouden we nogmaals 1.5 uur moeten wachten totdat de auto klaar was. Uiteindelijk heeft medewerker ons eerst naar hotel gebracht en auto later nagebracht. Dit maakte het weer goed. We kregen toen goede uitleg en medewerker was heel hulpvaardig

Absolutely recommend this car rental company. Very reliable and reasonable on the market. The car was in very good condition and I love the fact that the cars don_t look obvious that it is a rental. I will definitely be using them again.

After a very long flight_ we were waiting almost an hour to get our car. The staff were pleasant and tried their best. I just think they were overwhelmed. They should have been better prepared for more than one flight arriving at once.
