I was very annoyed to see I was given an extra charge of $52.10 on top of the car rental amount. I do not recall seeing anything about this when i made the booking_ only the amount payable to the actual car rental company.

This was very easy and the car was great!
The problem we experienced with our rental was in no way the fault of the provider. The Ford Puma had some kind of software issue and the company refunded us a good amount to compensate for our trouble. Thanks!
