Only issue was rental guy trying to sell insurance that wasn’t needed. Poor information provided on what was already covered. Did not advise that deposit was also taken as amount paid at counter did not correspond to time of booking. Still waiting 24 hrs later as to when it will be returned.

When l picked the car the tyre pressure warning was on showing two of the tyres had low tyre pressure. I had to go to a garage to inflate them to the right pressure. I am sure you will agree that this is not really acceptable.

When arriving at the pickup point I was told there was no RAC/AA included and I would need it if the car broke down. So an extra $200+ tax was added to the cost. This should be made clear when making the booking.

We responded to an email to complete checkin online. We followed steps_ yet_ when arriving at counter_ we still had to provide ALL documents to the agent who was not very pleasant. Waste of time to do anything ahead of time.
