This comment is not about the car rental company but about the signs coming into the airport to find the car rental return. There are no signs whatsoever. This should be communicated to the airport administration.

The car was a bit old and the gear was really worn off

You absolutely need better instructions for the car drop off. We had to do 3 trips around the airport before we found the correct level. Single word Statemments with an underline wasn_t helpful!
