Contract was until Sunday 19/01/25 midday and the branch was not open so I dropped keys in return box_ called the phone number and had a note put on my account but still received a statement next morning Monday20/01/25 saying charged til Monday - called again to correct.

Car had problem with brake binding after handbrake applied overnight. Gave an audible clunk as first car movement released brake adhesion.

I was concerned about the high excess on the insurance and what seemed like a very strict policy with regards to any small tings or dents whereby each one could be charged at 2000 GB pounds. In hindsight_ I would’ve preferred to have covered the insurance on my credit card_ but this did not seem possible as the price was all inclusive..
