It took over 2 Hours to get the car after pick-up Only one person dealing with customers - very poor service but everything else was OK Have used company before and they were reasonably good

Contract was until Sunday 19/01/25 midday and the branch was not open so I dropped keys in return box_ called the phone number and had a note put on my account but still received a statement next morning Monday20/01/25 saying charged til Monday - called again to correct.

The staff there are amazing Thank you so much
