It was really imposible finding by the address you gave us the agancy in Liptzeg

This site was not transparent about all costs we had for rent a car.

I was annoyed with because I got caught in the trap of what I thought was full insurance cover and no excess cover which cost a lot on pick up … I really don’t think the whole thing is clear or upfront… the rental company said online car hirers always cause this confusion …

Everything went smoothly when taking the car. One thing to notice: no one was in the parking lot to introduce me the car so I had to figure out on my own the different features in the specific car_ and nobody was there to help. Except from that I got a helpful service at the counter and improved car.

It is well known that car rental companies are to be avoided as much as possible_ because of hidden costs or bad experiences. However_ I found this is NOT the case with this company and hope they set an example to the others!
