How to return car was a little confusing and a very far walk to departure gate.

The car had an annoying rattle when driving at 80 kmh or more.

I was able to make one amendment. When I then wanted to change the date I couldn_t do it. Tried to phone but was on hold for a long time and eventually gave up. The company the car came from was very efficient.

Car worn and older but perfect for what we wanted. Service was exceptional.

It should have been indicated in rental instractions that rental office is in Jet Hotel. We did not understand why shuttle was taking us there and felt confused
