I learnt from others that I could have had the same car from the same company with unlimited milage_ had a used a different facilitating company. In my case made no difference_ but is an annoying thought. My answer for 2 is No as I simply do not recommend products and services to people.

The group A car that I was given was a new one but really not a great car (KWID - Renault). It is made a lot of noise and felt like I was driving a tin can. A much better option in the same group is the KIA - Picanto or similar.

Pick up service rated low because we were told WiFi data is uncapped_ when it wasn’t. Additionally_ WiFi stopped working altogether. It worked for a week_ then did not work for two weeks.
