Would like to thank the person behind the counter _ his name was Gabriel cos he is the very helpful salesperson. Besides giving us all options for upgrading the rental car and also all insurance options_ he even helped us to carry the luggage to our car

The return postcode to heathrow T5 is hugely misleading. Perhaps obvious once one has been there_ or in the daylight_ but I am a seasoned traveller and I struggled to get there.

Contract was until Sunday 19/01/25 midday and the branch was not open so I dropped keys in return box_ called the phone number and had a note put on my account but still received a statement next morning Monday20/01/25 saying charged til Monday - called again to correct.
