Pick up took quite a long time - there seemed to be some very complicated rentals happening before us though (and a couple who decided to jump the queue) so no fault of the staff on the ground.

We had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to valeted. One of the team sorting out the car was very good and helpful_ but one pretty much disappeared!!
