Dirty car on collection but ok. Lady on desk for pick up_ was lacking in charm_ personality. And empathy. Lady returning and checking car was exceptional.

I found it very stressful returning the car there is no rental sign near the airport so hard to find and when I did I went into the first car park as this were you put the sign why does it not have car rental return on the entrance to the airport like every were else in the world
