Suggest to give more detailed instructions for the delivery at Penang airport_ like where to park the car and the fact that there was no formal location on the airport. It created the situation that we just guessed to park and to look for the contact person.

It is kinda hard to contact them by email. I sent 2-3 emails asking for a few questions but till now it hasn_t been replied but luckily i don_t have any trouble during pick up.
