נתנו לי בהתחלה אוטו שבו אי אפשר לטעון את הטלפון שלי וסיפרו לי שזה בגלל שהאוטו שהזמנתי קטן. כמובן שאילו שטויות כי אז דרשתי אוטו אחר וקיבלתי אוטו עוד יותר קטן שבו היה מקום לטעינה. שאלתי למה אין מערכת אודיו וענו לי את אותה תשובה. כשנכנסתי לאוטו ראיתי שיש מערכת אודיו מצויינת. אז לא ברור לי למה האנשים בדלפק מדברים סתם שטויות ולא מכירים את מערכות הרכב. תודה

There was a bit confusion with the drop off location. During the pickup_ the employee only referenced the location that that was in the QR code of the leaflet that we were given (it only contains the default drop off location). Confusion could be avoided if the employees checked whether another location was chosen_ and mentioned that instead. Also when picking up the car_ we weren_t able to start it at first.
