We initially said we wanted to add an extra driver but then changed our minds and said that we didn_t want to pay for that. They said they_d amended it in the rental agreement which had an amount listed as a deposit. In fact the deposit was the extra driver charge and we were charged for an extra driver. Still trying to sort it out with them. The pick up staff were nice but a bit clueless so it was a staff error but not sure yet whether we_ll get the money back. Otherwise the car was fine.

受付で予約の名前と免許証を提示しお金を払いました。保険やブースターシートを既にこちらのサイトから予約していたのでスムーズに進みました。特に追加の保険などの勧めもありませんでした。駐車場に向かい、係りのおじさんに受付でもらった紙を見せるとこの中から好きなのを選んでと言われびっくり。特に傷などは確認されないので乗る前に自分たちでチェックするとよいと思います。返す際は車の傷をチェックされ、「この傷は何？」と聞かれたので最初からあったと伝えるとOKでした。

The only thing would be online when choosing our car it wasn_t clear the difference in _grades_ between the SUV_s. What were they. Most people are not familiar enough with brand and models to understand the difference between maps etc
