Contract was until Sunday 19/01/25 midday and the branch was not open so I dropped keys in return box_ called the phone number and had a note put on my account but still received a statement next morning Monday20/01/25 saying charged til Monday - called again to correct.

There was no car of the size required. There was a fiat 500 but that was too small_ and we had to wait one hour for a returning car. This was acceptable to us.

The gentleman in the office at Exeter airport when I collected the car was delightful. Helpful_ polite and efficient. I think his name was Matt. Thank you

We Needed a lesson in using the mapping system_ but didn’t realise until we were already on the road!
