Seats and cup holders were dirty and sticky; we showed this to the service staff in the garage who had to admit it. We cleaned these ourselves to move on. Problem with cleanliness is common to all or most car rental companies as the service is outsourced.
It was my second time experience with this company and I would suggest it again if I was travelling to Munich airport...
