Still did not received confirmation about return - it has been 4 working days.
However I didn_t get charged for the car hire?
the lady at the reception was a little confused_ or she didn_t know the system_ because she didn_t see that I made the reservation with insurance_ she didn_t see in the system the name to whom the reservation was made_ etc. even though I showed her the proof of the reservation and everything that was paid was uncertain on her and we had to wait over 40 minutes for everything to be resolved!
