Asked for a Polo_ got a Vivo.

Collecting the car at this location took very long due to person not very sure of what they were doing

Please can you finish the account and e mail me and return some of the deposit back to me as the amount is more than double than the quote... We did return it full of petrol and only toll gates need to be worked out.

Most importantly the car was mechanically sound and reliable. Checking in took far too long_ and the return time was registered at the time I reached your desk_ although it was not possible to check the vehicle and leave for more than an hour later.

Return was taking too long with one person only doing inspections!
