Very good experience.

There was no car of the size required. There was a fiat 500 but that was too small_ and we had to wait one hour for a returning car. This was acceptable to us.

Decided to go with the Full the tank petrol option on returning - may have been charged for a full tank rather than a top up as the tank was approx. half full. Not sure as I did not receive a final invoice and also exchange rates coming into the equation. But it explained (on commencement) that it would be cheaper for us? The car was very new and well presented.
